ARS Resume Walks

13 members of Audlem Rambling Society (ARS) ventured out on their first walk since lockdown around Brooks Mill, a local 6 mile walk led by Christine Johnson.

Easing of lockdown permits walking in groups of up to 30 people with mitigation measures, particularly social distancing and hand sanitization.

There are plans to resume the ARS walks schedule in principle, though in the short term walks will be arranged locally to avoid car sharing.

Walks will be notified on AudlemOnline, but it will be essential to pre-book to ensure management of numbers and to ensure contact information is collected

for test and trace purposes.
