Interested in Superfast Broadband locally? Think it's important? Worried about slow Broadband speeds? Or just want to learn more?
If so, this evening's Annual Village Meeting will be of particular interest to you.
There will be presentations by BT, Connecting Cheshire and Leader +, followed by a Question and Answer session.
BT, of course, needs no introduction and many use BT for Broadband. The Connecting Cheshire Partnership aims to bring Superfast Broadband and improved broadband speeds to communities and businesses across Cheshire.
The Government is making big decisions on our behalf about which areas of the UK will benefit most quickly from Superfast Broadband.
As part of this process Connecting Cheshire are carrying out a State Aid Public Consultation with tele-communications providers and the public to help determine priorities and define areas of broadband coverage.
Do come and find out more tonight, Monday 18th June, in Audlem Public Hall. Tea and Coffee is available.
The meeting is organised by Audlem Parish Council, and is due to start at 7.00pm.
