£1305 for St Luke's from Midnight Walk

A huge "Thank You" to everyone who sponsored my 10th Midnight Walk to raise funds for St Luke's Hospice.

With all the money (I think) now in, the total came to a magnificent £1,139. With Gift Aid of £165.75 this brings the total up to £1,304.75.

This means that over the ten years of the Midnight Walks, I have managed to raise a total of £13,920.70. all down to the many people who have sponsored the walks.

A very warm "Thank You" to all.

As a Post Script I also did the King's Shilling Walk with Heather Jones last Sunday from Nantwich to Crewe's Queens Park along the new Greenway Walk.

As a result, we were both presented with a King's Shilling – hopefully that doesn't mean we're are now signed up for any future wars!
