Zumba Gold Class

There are now Zumba Gold classes running at the Public Hall every Tuesday morning at 9.45am.

They are led by licensed Zumba Instructor Mandy Clare, who can be contacted on 07511 229453 or at mandy_danceKatalyst@yahoo.co.uk

Classes last for 45minutes and are described as low impact, fun classes providing a great workout for all levels , all ages.

The fee is £5 for each session attended.

You should wear light, loose, comfortable clothing and light trainers for the sessions.

Note : the class will not be held on Tuesday 26th January (Pantomime week), nor during School holidays.
