Wrenbury Nursing Home offers a safe, secure environment. Our team are trained and deliver a high standard of dementia care, building a relationship to meet the individual needs of each person. Our dementia team is therefore able to understand the whole person their needs, requirements and feelings and provide genuine care accordingly. We encourage residents to maintain familiar routines and activities so that life has meaning.

Wrenbury aims to provide relationship-centred care, placing the individual's needs at the very centre of the care we provide. Staff build relationships with every resident, listening to their life stories, learning about their life history. We endeavour to create a care plan that fits our service user's individual preferences, needs and choices.

Wrenbury Nursing Home specialises in an extensive range of care provision, being experienced in many complex areas of nursing, as well as residential and dementia nursing.

Following our CQC inspection we received 4 good and 1 requires improvement. The overall rating for this report was good. We have now put measures in place with regards to the requires improvement.
