About two years ago ADAPT members were given a tour of the self build straw bale house and cafe being built at Woore fruit farm.
Don't let anyone tell you such a project is easy!
The cafe is now open so adds to the already attractive ambience with ponds and geese as well as loads of fruit to pick. There is ice cream and homemade cakes too!
The glass panel in the bottom photo shows you the straw.
