Wind farm revised application?

We are told that BBC Radio are reporting that Nuon (UK) Ltd, the company that submitted the proposal for the wind farm near Knighton is seriously considering submitting a revised application to construct the wind farm.

More on this story as soon as we have information. Nuon's application to build the 7-turbine wind farm was initially thrown out by the now defunct North Shropshire District Council in September 2008.

The company appealed that decision and a month-long planning inquiry in front of a Government-appointed inspector then upheld the council's decision and said that a development of this scale was unsuitable. If this report is correct, it appears Nuon have not accepted either of these decisions.
