Will there be consultation on a central composting site?

With the Vote Poll appearing to be going against brown bins for material that can be composted, a resident asks that before any decision is made regarding the central composting site in Longhill Lane that consultation with local residents will take place. It is claimed that so far people in the Longhill Lane area have not been consulted on this matter.
