W.I. meeting tomorrow

On Thursday, October 2nd, Audlem W.I. will meet at 2.00p.m. in the Scout and Guide Hall for their monthly meeting.

The speaker will be Isabel Large who is going to tell us about a W.I. initiative to teach mothers of young children how to cook nourishing meals. This work has been going on in the Nantwich and Crewe area for the past 2 years and even though the actual initiative has ended the work is still going on due to Isabel's dedication and enthusiasm for the project.

The competition for the afternoon will be your favourite recipes and it would be good if lots of ladies brought their recipes to make our own cookery book. Do come along to hear Isabel and enjoy a very warm welcome and delicious afternoon tea.
