Who stole the flags?

It is sad to have to report that the two big Union Jack flags which adorned the front of the Public Hall have been pinched by person or persons unknown.

Which is a great pity because they looked great during the Jubilee parades.

So PLEASE could whoever has abducted the flags return them to the Hall.
