Weather Stone location

Friday's story asking about the location of the Audlem Weather Stone attracted a number of emails and Chatbox comments.

Frank Morris was the first to correctly identify the location off Bagley Lane on the footpath that heads south towards Wood Orchard Lane. His dog regularly takes him past the stone, he says.

One of the walks – the Highfields Circuit – in the Tourism section of Audlem Online will take you right past the spot where the Weather Stone sits beside a pond.
