Shane Thomson writes: "Audlem fire station attended an incident at Brooks Mill Farm, Lightwood Green, at about 6.00pm tea time (Friday) where a house had its roof ripped apart. There was lots of debris, tiles, glass – the out-buildings were also damaged with galvanized sheets blown about 150 yards into the fields.
"When we spoke to the owner he said there was a loud rumbling noise, the windows were moving in and out and then shattered. I'm no expert but it had all the hallmarks of a tornado. The owner said it lasted a few seconds.
"I would like to know if anybody knows more about tornadoes and if this was indeed a tornado or a mini one a least."
