Volunteers for Guides (& Cubs!)

Were you a Rainbow, Brownie, Guide or Ranger?

Do you have fond memories of fun activities and/or adventure?

Could you spare an hour once a week/fortnight/once in a while?

If you've answered yes to all three or even just the last question, then please do get in touch to support your local Guide unit as an adult volunteer.

NCVO research states 77% people who volunteer have reported that volunteering improved their mental health and wellbeing, amongst other benefits. So with it being mental health awareness week, help us to help you.
