Volunteers for the Big Switch On

Due to the large amount of work involved in preparing for this event the ADAS Committee would welcome all volunteers who would be able to assist with the following:

Dressing the small trees

Wednesday 21st November and Thursday 22nd November

Between 9.30 -- 12.30 and 13.30 -- 16.30

Meet at the first two Barns in Churchfields ( many thanks to Linden Huckle for allowing us to use the Barns)

All volunteers most welcome -- please bring scissors or secateurs for wire cutting

Putting up small trees around the Village

Saturday 24th November

Meet at the Barns in Churchfields at 9.30

As much help as possible is required for this task. Please bring a ladder if you have one!

Switching on the small tree lights throughout the Village

Friday 30th November

Meet at the end of Windmill Drive at 9.30

Dressing Santa's Grotto

Friday 30th November (morning)

Sam from Flower Divas will be dressing Santa's Grotto -- all help much appreciated
