The vanishing aerial

Earlier this week our car was parked in the village - a VW Golf, left by the chemist overnight...

On returning to it the morning after it appears that someone had a joke and turned the windscreen wipers over, all harmless fun, however at the same time removed the car aerial which sadly is still missing...if this was a joke after a few beers,  could whoever did it return the aerial - the car is usually on the car park...

If not then I will have to report it to the Police as these aerials don't come cheap...
