Vandals could beat Saints

Reuben Palin reports: "The storage Facility for Audlem Saints Football Club has been attacked on numerous occasions and on at least three occasions has been broken into. The Saints are asking for any information to be passed to Cheshire Police or any Club Representative that may assist in finding the culprit for this damage and thefts.

"There are grave concerns that if this spate of vandalism and thefts continue that Audlem Saints Football Club may have to cease running due to the expense of replacing equipment and damaged property.

"This Club offers free Football training to all age groups and abilities and is a vital asset to Audlem. They are funded by local charity groups whose members spend a lot of time and effort in raising money to allow us to continue to provide this service.

"Please help in any way that you can and/or spread the word that any acts of vandalism or theft will not be tolerated and Audlem Saints will seek to prosecute any offenders responsible."
