The Lord Combermere – Recruiting for our expanding kitchen and front of house team

We are currently interviewing for a number of positions to boost the size of both our kitchen and front of house team in order to meet ever growing needs of our vibrant and successful village pub and restaurant.

We are looking to fill the following positions with applicants who can demonstrate that they have what it takes to be a valued part of our Team.

We believe that the quality of our product and service is second to none and therefore our expectations of new team members are accordingly high.

• Chef de Partie - Applicants must have a minimum of two years experience within a professional catering environment and be passionate about good food and furthering a career within a vibrant and hardworking kitchen. The position available is full time with the potential of progressing to junior sous for the right candidate.

• Kitchen Porter/Trainee Junior Kitchen Assistant - Applicants must be willing to learn and work to a high standard within our professional kitchen. Appropriate training will be provided and the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications. Successful candidates will be able to work under instruction and within part of a close knit team.

• Front of House Bar & Restaurant Service Personnel - Successful applicants will be outgoing, confident in dealing with customers, hardworking and willing to play a valued role within the team. Engaging with both your colleagues and customers is key as is the ability to think on your feet.
