Up go the flags in Audlem

We are now in the big run up to the great festival season for all the superb events here in the village.

As an opener, a team comprising ASET, ADAS and The Music Festival members set to yesterday to dress the place with our annual display of flags, spending a rewarding two hours of labour. These will enhance all right through to bonfire night.

As has been spotted, I again made a bloomer in that two flags have been affixed upside down. No matter how I try, I seem to do this each year. Perhaps unconsciously to see how long it would take for the eagle eyed to spot them!
