Turnpike Retrospective Planning Application

The planning application has been lodged and APC will co-operate with Cheshire East Planning Department in any way they can to allow retrospective planning permission to be granted on Turnpike Field.

CE have confirmed that the application has been accepted and stated that because they are operating with unprecedented challenges resulting from a significant increase in applications and shortage of resources, most applications are currently taking 3-6 months to determine, depending on their complexity.
