Turnpike Field Working Group report by APC

The following topics were discussed at a meeting on Thursday 21st July

1. Car Park –a traffic/civil engineer is still being sought to assist with preparation of the planning application. The sub group will prepare a submission for approval by Audlem Parish Council (APC)

2. Muddy Paths – the project has been approved by APC and is being progressed by a sub group of TFWG members

3. Bridge Between Fields – concerns re safety will be checked out on a site visit by the subgroup

4. Clarification of Booking Form and Terms & Conditions were agreed to ensure one member of the working group is nominated to liaise with the organiser to manage gate opening times, grass mowing if appropriate, signage required and any other issues

5. Maintenance matters were discussed and actioned

6. Wildlife Report was discussed and noted that further wildlife safaris are planned
