Janis Warburton of Audlem Treehouse has contacted us about an eggciting family event which is due to take place in the grounds of Audlem St James' Primary School on Saturday 4th April from 12 noon to 2 pm. Entry is free.
Treehouse will be holding an Easter Bonanza event to help raise funds for their organisation which runs playgroup activities for 2½ to 3 year-olds within the school grounds. There will be stalls on offer, including a coconut-shy, a lucky dip and a cake stall. Please note, there will be a marquee so you shouldn't get wet if the weather turns nasty!

Children will have many opportunities to show their creative talents, from egg painting and bunny decorating on the day to parading round in Easter bonnets that they have made prior to the event. There will also be a chance for them to join in an exciting egg hunt. Entry for this event will be £1.50 per child – but every entrant will receive a chocolate egg as well as a chance to win the big prize.

Refreshments and raffle tickets will be on sale throughout with chances to win a toddler's ride-on car, a bottle of champagne or a meal at The Lord Combermere and The Bridge Inn among other prizes. Please do go along to support the event. It promises to be lots of fun.

Treehouse would especially like to thank all the businesses and individuals in the village who continue to support them by providing prizes and other donations. Thanks go to: Ralph Warburton, Louise and Tim Cottrell, The Lord Combermere, The Bridge Inn, Bo'tique, Braids and Williams' Newsagents.
