Anybody who has visited Corbrook Court will know about the high standards of food at the care home. Paul Ratcliffe, who until recently was resident chef in charge at Corbrook Court, has been made Group Catering Manager for Morris Care. He will now be responsible for ensuring meals served at all four of the company's care homes are of the highest standard.

Paul previously worked in a Michelin starred restaurant in central France and catered for 2,750 passengers on a Royal Caribbean Cruise Liner. With an impressive list of culinary awards to his name, Paul now provides residents at all Morris Care homes with delicious and nutritious meals ensuring that all special dietary requirements are catered for.

Paul commented: "I am thrilled to have been offered this fantastic new position and delighted that my skills have been recognised. I have thoroughly enjoyed my seven years at Corbrook Court and am now looking forward to working with the catering teams across the company."

Chief Executive of Morris Care, Margaret Maudsley, said: "Providing high-quality cuisine is absolutely essential. We are pleased to be able to offer Paul this new role and congratulate him on his fantastic achievement."
