Thursday Night Live Music at The Lord Combermere, 8th May, with Hayley Strangelove

Hayley Strangelove is an acoustic singer/songwriter, hailing from Merseyside and currently residing on the Staffordshire/Cheshire border.

With a beat up guitar and a unique outlook on life, Hayley wrote her first song at the tender age of 19 after banging out some chords and being pleasantly surprised with the outcome.

After singing in many cover bands, ranging from jazz and blues through to heavy rock, Hayley formed her own band in 2001 to write original material and put her own style of music on the map.

After experimenting with different sounds, different people, different versions of songs and finally learning to play some instruments herself, Hayley decided the only way was solo.

And so here we have a gal with a guitar, an eclectic array of unusual self-penned gems, often written with tongue planted firmly in her cheek, but all originating and delivered straight from the heart xxx

Hayley has performed at The Lord Combermere previously as one half of 'Baxter' and we are delighted to welcome her back for another evening of fantastic live music and entertainment in the heart of the village.
