...or never felt confident with singing?
My name is Geraldine Leighton and, as an Honorary Research Fellow at Keele University and a music teacher, I am currently carrying out a small research project looking at how people with little or no musical training learn a new song.
If you meet these requirements, I would like to hear from you!
Free, individual 'music lessons', taking place over the equivalent time of about 1 ½ terms, focused on developing your musical listening and singing skills, as well as raising your confidence in your singing. Sessions arranged for mutual convenience.
Additionally, by your participation, you will be providing information that will help our understanding of how those who have become deaf might differ from those with normal hearing in the way they learn new songs.
We will pay your travelling expenses for each session you attend in Audlem.
If you think you might be interested taking part and would like to know further details, with no obligation, please contact me with your name and contact details:-
