Thanks from Rod and Chris

This is not a complete report from the Big Switch On – we hope to have more photos and eye-witness descriptions later. Our photo is from the Big Switch On last year, the main difference being that this year it was raining.

This is a sincere thank you to the forty plus volunteers that, in spite of the deluge that started at 4.22pm and the fact that at 5.40pm almost nobody had come, by around 5.50 we know around 400 children and adults had arrived.

117 wishes that wre made in a frenzied 15 minutes are going to come true we are sure.

And a bigh, big, thanks to all who came to see a splendid Father Christmas and his helper Molly put so many wonderful smiles on little faces – thanks from the team
