After a busy Fun-ky programme this coming Saturday, see yesterday's Audlem Online story, there's loads of fun events on Fun-ky Sunday:

Exotic Animals!Playing field or Public Hall 10.00am – 4.00pm. A hands on experience for all with bull frogs. Iguanas, Chinchillas, Giant Hedgehogs, snakes and even more!

Funky Story TentPlaying field All day (see blackboard for times of sessions). Funky's very own story telling tent. Cosy, relaxed and aimed at the younger children. Stories read, acted, played and experienced.

Funky Science TentPlaying field / car park All day. All ages Time travel, egg throwing and lots of other amazing funky science!

Box Cart DerbyDeath Alley (Vicarage Lane) – check the Fun-ky website for important safety details. 11.00am ...... And now it's time to race those carts!

Circus skillsPlaying field/car park 11.00am – 4.00pm. All ages – Juggling, plate spinning, diabalo and balancing skills

CraftsPlaying field – craft tents
  • 11.00am – 4.00pm. Mobiles. Make a funky mobile from whatever you can lay your hands on!
  • 11.00am – 1.00pm. Potato heads. You won't believe who you can re-create from a potato!
  • Funky Footy challengePlaying field 1.00pm – 4.00pm Football skills for all ages organised by Audlem Saints football club.

    Funky Tennis TournamentTennis Courts 2.00pm – 4.00pm. Funky's answer to Wimbledon. Be there at 2.00pm prompt to enter. Organised by Audlem Tennis Club. 8 years upwards

    Awards, Talent & fashion showPublic Hall 5.00pm – 6.00pm. A presentation of awards won over the weekend with a talent show and a parade of funky mobiles as created in the craft tent

    The 3 Church's Free BarbequeCar park / playing field 6.00pm. Join in the best Barbie in town – all organised and paid for by the 3 churches. A great end to the weekend for all the family and there might even be a game or two to join in
