There are two events in the area to note tomorrow, Sunday 13th May. From 3.00pm until 5.30pm, there is a Plant & Craft Sale in Adderley Village Hall. The event has been arranged by Adderley School with generous support from Shavington Gardens.

There's an opportunity to buy bedding plants and unusual perennials. In addition, a raffle, tombola, cake stall, local craft stalls, home-made refreshments, children's craft activities, face painting and an outdoor play area.

At 4.00pm, there is to be Rogation Service held by St James' Church with worship on a farm. It will be held at Monks Hall Farm which can be found at the end of Mill Lane – that's the lane to the left opposite the works entrance to Corbrook Court between Audlem and Hankelow.

Wellies are recommended as the service will involve visiting different parts of the farm. There is transport for those with limited mobility. The service will be followed by refreshments.
