Stunning Dexter Beef at O&T

This week sees the return of Dexter beef to our counter.

You may wonder why we are so excited, but Dexter beef is renowned to be one of the tastiest and must succulent beef breeds you can find.

Originating from Ireland, the Dexter is the smallest of our native breeds. They come in three colours- black, red and dun. They are often half the size of a normal beef animal found around the country.

The meat is quite superb, fine-grained and well-marbled and has won taste awards for its outstanding flavour.

Make sure you pop in and see the team to request a stunning piece of Dexter; be it a lovely roasting joint for the weekend or a melt in your mouth steak.
