Stray Kitten by the Bridge Inn

I work at The Bridge Inn and there's a black kitten that's been lurking inside and outside of the pub. 

I have tried to go near it but it's too frightened, it's definitely too young to be out and I'm wondering if someone has lost it or it has gotten out of someone's house.

It's quite skinny and is shaking because it's cold.
