Strange-looking people in the village

Tomorrow morning, some fifty, strange-looking people will gather at Audlem Methodist Church.

Tomorrow is the day when AMC attempts to raise £5,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support. Among the events arranged, is a 10k sponsored run and walk that leaves the Chapel at 9.30 am. It will be a 'colourful' occasion, as participants have been encouraged to run or walk in biblical fancy-dress. If you want to see them off – and there'll be some strange sights on view – be at the Chapel at 9.30 am on Saturday morning.

AMC will be open all day on Saturday for anyone who wishes to make a £5k1day donation. All donations will be passed to Macmillan, with a representative of Macmillan joining the congregation for the 10.30 am Sunday morning service.
