St. James Church Appeal – Update

On behalf of the Parochial Church Council of St James Church I just want to express our thanks once again for all the marvellous support and donations for the repairs fundraising. To give you an update we have raised by the end of June

£19,463.09. This is made up of £17010.23 in donations and an additional £2452 in Gift Aid on eligible donations. We now hope to start applying for "match funding" grants as well as continuing to raise funds- most recently as you will have seen in an article a few days ago by selling 2019 calendars.

The architect will be on site this month to start the process of getting assessments of the state of the external work
