Spring in the air

A couple of photos of very early Spring flowers to greet the New Year have been sent in

Chris Lewis sent the photo of the very first snowdrops "just out to beat New Years day. Certainly by far the earliest I have ever remembered. I do have one record of them showing on 14th January in 2015."

Michael Parton sent the picture of Spring on its way "some comfort from the short grey days of winter at Whitchurch Road. Usually the early daffodils are in the front border but unfortunately for all passers by not this year,"
