Special Baptist Church Online Service for Sunday

Special Service of Thanksgiving for the Life and Reign of Queen Elizabeth II and Prayers for King Charles III and the new Prime Minister

The Baptist Church has no in-person service this Sunday, but there will be a special online Service of Thanksgiving for the life and reign of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

It includes the hymns and readings from the impromptu service held in St Paul's Cathedral on the 9th of September (the day after her death) and a short 'Reflection'. We will also pray for the new King and his government as they seek to lead us in the days ahead.

This is not a 'Zoom' service nor a 'live-stream' one, but simply a private devotion for your use at home at any time of the day if you are unable to join in with one of the other village services. You can access it by clicking the link on the Baptist Church web site home page.
