Local Woore Baker G P Snape bake a fine range of breads including Organic. From this week you can order their bread through Hoc's Fat Pigeon for delivery on a Saturday.

Gordon Snape starts work at 3.00am! He doesn't make the dough the night before and keep it cool overnight because they do not use chemical improvers. Their bread is made from a blend of Canadian and English wheat, salt, yeast and vegetable oil and the famous Snape's touch!
