Short-ARS tomorrow

The short-ARS walk for July will take place tomorrow (Saturday July 28th), meeting at the Main car park for 9.30am.  

We will drive to Bunbury to park in the car park near the church.   The walk is a circular route of about 5 miles, with very little in nthe way of hills. There is a short cut on the way back to Bunbury village, reducing the total length to just over 3 miles.

The walk comprises a few minutes road walk out of Bunbury, then along the canal from Bunbury Locks up to Beeston Inn lock and then back across fields to Bunbury village. The paths appear to be well maked and reasonably clear, although odd bits are somewhat "nettly". There are a few stiles.

The weather forecast for Saturday is for a fine morning, but rather cooler than the last few days – should be an ideal walking day!
