Self defence courses in Audlem

Two new courses started earlier this month in Audlem in the Scout & Guide Hall. They are now running on Thursday evenings.

Just before the Ladies self defence class there is also a children's class. This is a 6.30pm start for 1 hour. All the details are on the posters – click on each image to enlarge them.

People can turn up on the night – however booking a place is recommended in case the classes have reached capacity in their first few weeks.
