SB Fitness at Hankelow

Circuit classes running Monday, Tuesday evenings @ 7.30pm & Thursday evening @ 7.45pm. Also every Tuesday morning starting 10th January at 9.30am after the school drop off.

Children are welcome to join you if your struggling with childcare, don't let this stop you, we have a soft rug & toys to keep them entertained.

Do not think you are not fit enough or even too fit maybe, there can be a modified version at each station for beginners or advanced.

Classes last 1 hour

£6 a class Or block of 10 sessions £50

I also offer one to one or small group PT sessions.
