A salute to Janice

Ralph Warburton writes to say: "I felt that we should all celebrate the wonderful contribution by Janice Spibey – who serves us so well in the Salad Bowl – for she has now been advised that her solo effort in the Midnight Charity Walk has had the element of Gift Aid added to her total."This lovely woman has raised the magnificent sum of £1,650 on that walk. It was, if you like, a superb "feat" with her on her "feet", and perhaps the greatest individual amount raised in the village. A big salute to Janice for this achievement is so very well deserved."
