Salford photo query

I noticed on this site you have a picture of Salford Audlem – pictured. Could someone please tell me more about the photo, ie, which end of Salford it was taken from and a rough date?

I am interested in Salford cottage. It used to be three cottages and is where my father lived. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
