Audlem Saints under 10's played their semi-final this Saturday against Alsager Town Gunners and won 3-0. It was a fantastic result and a brillant effort from the lads.

We are now hoping to play the final at the Crewe Alex Staduim. We don't know the date yet, but as soon as we do, we will update you.

We really would like as many spectators as possible it would be a fantastic boost for our local boys!

We haven't reported on our last four games because, to be honest, we had previously been a tad disappointed always reporting a loss.

However we have re-arranged the team, signed another player and won the last four. The results were as follows:
v C B Madrid 3-0
v C B Eagle Pride 3-1
v Nantwich Swifts 1-0.

And yesterday, in the pouring rain, we played Betley Sharks, who are top of the league, and won 2-1. Excellent result. The boys played their hearts out.

The lads are now training every Friday, and turning up to matches. At last all their efforts are now beginning to pay off. Well done boys.

Next week is our last league game. We have got a cup competition on 19th May followed by a presentation evening at The Bridge Inn, Audlem.

Hopefully we will now be able to retain the services of the manager Dave Bebbington – even though the manager's position at the Nou Camp has just become available!
