Running Shrewsbury Half Marathon

I'm Sam, one of the Audlem posties. On 19th of June, I will be running The Shrewsbury Half Marathon. I am collecting sponsors for Royal Mail's charity of the year, The Stroke Association.

The money I raise will fund the charity's Life After Stroke Grants. The grants support stroke survivors and their families to overcome some of the most difficult challenges in their lives.

I'm really looking forward to the run and I've done lots of training but not yet managed the 13.1 miles I will run on the day.
