Rookery Lane Road Closure

I have checked with highways directly and work on Coole Lane at Finnaker Bridge is hoped to be completed on 23/3; with the usual caveat of subject to weather conditions.

Thankfully this planned closure is after that!

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

S14 (2) ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers issues this notice temporarily to prohibit traffic in the following length of road:-

Rookery Lane/Sheppenhall Lane, Audlem Ward, Nantwich, from the junction of Whitchurch Road to the junction of Back Coole Lane.

The alternative route will be via the following streets: – Whitchurch Road, Goldsmith Lane, Sheppenhall Lane

Location Map — s: Friday 14th April 2023 to Tuesday 18th April 2023.

This notice will become operative on Friday 14th April 2023 for a period of 5 days or for such less time as is necessary to enable the works to be completed.
