Apologies for the delayed reply, I have been awaiting a response with regards to their plan for the parking.
A parking bay suspension via our parking services team for the full duration of these works has been requested. 
The traffic signals should not prevent deliveries as access must be maintained by SPEN for resident and business access requirements
