A525 Closure Information

Latest information received by the Parish Council, and confirmed by the Cheshire East website is as follows

A525 Whitchurch Road

According to the "headline" on the CE website, this will be closed on January 9th and 10th (Saturday and Sunday), but the closure notice itself suggests that the closure will be for up to five days from Monday January 11th. The closure will be from the junction with Green Lane to the junction with Moorsfield Avenue, to allow an old lead supply pipe to be replaced.

The official diversion is right round through Nantwich.

A525 Stafford Street

The road will be closed from Saturday January 16th for at least two days, but possibly up to five days from number 21 Stafford Street to number 25 Stafford Street. This is to allow Scottish Power to install a new electricity cable.

The official diversion is almost into Nantwich and right round on the A51 to Woore.
