I'm one of the committee members of the local Crewe, Nantwich and South Cheshire RNLI fundraising branch. As you probably know, we're very active in the Audlem area through the Audlem Lass boat service between Overwater Marina and Audlem town centre and the annual Overwater RNLI Festival in September.

We're organising a large RNLI charity cycle event on Sun 14 May this year ~ The RNLI #ThreeShires Cycle Sportive. Last year in our inaugural year we had just over 330 riders. This year we're aiming for and well on the way to 600 riders. The ride starts from Sandbach Rugby Club with four routes on offer to encourage riders of all ages and abilities to get their bikes out and join in the fun!

We're running:- a 6km Family fun – ride 35km Intermediate ride – 100km #ThreeShires ride ~ Taking in Cheshire, Shropshire and Staffordshire – 140km Triple Crown (all three rides back to back).
All riders receive a T shirt, finisher medal, £2.50 food voucher for use at the Rugby club bistro, on course sustenance at our two 'pit stops'

The 100km ride and 140km ride will both pass through Audlem town centre and along with our friends at Audlem Lass and Audlem Cycle Sports, we're hoping to create a bit of a carnival atmosphere as the riders pass through the town. There will also be a 'pit stop' just before the riders arrive at Overwater Marina.

We'd really appreciate it if you could help spread the word to raise funds for this vital life saving charity?
