Those of you lovely Audlem people who witnessed the emotional pleas of Martin Finnigan lead singer with the Rainband, on the Monday of the Music Festival may recall that the bands latest single, Rise Again has been donated to the Marco Simoncelli Foundation.

#Marco Simoncelli
Marco Simoncelli was one of the greatest motorcycle grand prix riders of our generation but sadly died when he crashed his bike in September last year, aged only 24. The foundation has been set up by Marco's father and all funds are destined to build specialised homes for the disabled across the world. The band have recorded the song with guest keyboard player and ex bike racer James Toseland...

#Rise Again
Martin and the rest of the Rainband are asking for Audlem's help by purchasing the single for 79p. As of Saturday 23rd June at 1700 hours the single is number 11 in the alternative chart and the higher it climbs the more radio stations will play it hence building the following and ultimately selling more copies for the foundation.

Every single penny of the profit goes to the charity... and please dont think its only 79p and it wont make a difference every single sale helps to raise the profile..

I know Martin and the band love playing in Audlem so lets show them how much we love the Rainband and support this great charity.

The link below the photo is direct to the rainband website that shows where you can buy the song and loads of Rainband info including the video to Rise Again.

Thanks

Reub
