Responsible and caring

A number of residents in the Moorsfield Avenue area wish to thank a youngster delivering free copies of a Chronicle supplement for all the trouble he went to make sure some lost keys were returned to their rightful owner.

Those that saw him, after finding the keys, trying to find someone responsible to look after them, have tried to contact the newspaper's circulation department so that they could say thank you personally, but without success.

They have therefore asked Audlem Online to express their thanks publicly in the hope that the message will reach the youngster in question. "Youngsters get criticised so often," says Harry Knapper. "So it's important to praise them too. His behaviour was very impressive."
