Local resident Stuart Bruce has contacted the Planning Inspectorate to see if or when a decision on the Gladman appeal over a development at Little Heath will be announced.
He says: "It appears our breath must remain bated for a while longer. Curious reasons for the delay though surely the Cheshire East Housing Land Supply was debated at length during the hearing so that can't be the reason this has taken 6 months."
The Planning Inspectorate responded to Stuart's enquiry as follows:
Dear Mr Bruce
The decision has been delayed by the Inspector's leave and by the complications of the Cheshire East Housing land supply.
With apologies I do not have a timescale at the moment.
Regards
The Planning Inspectorate (the email was signed)
