I see the notice regarding the service at the war memorial on Sunday morning.
We at St Peter's Adderley hold our Memorial service at 6,30 pm in church as our list of the fallen is within the church . We hold our service in the evening as a Benefice of 5 churches cannot supply someone to officiate at all five at 11.00 and originally to accommodate farm workers who were unable to attend at 11.00am
If anyone from Audlem is unable to attend at their service at the war memorial, particularly if they are unable to stand for even a short service , they are very welcome to come to ours at Adderley.
