Having won the Cheshire Village of the Year award last week, Audlem is now preparing for the judging in the regional final where we will be competing with villages across the North West and North of England.
The judges are visiting on 17th October and will hear a presentation by a team of eleven (it was good enough for the Ashes!) followed by an exhibition being put on in the Public Hall by a cross section of village organisations.
If successful in this round of judging, Audlem would go through to the national final.
